Your little guy is going to have to relieve himself, every two or three hours. Since we usually don't have the luxury of staying home all day, to do this. There are some simple rules, we have to follow.
- If you have a crate divider in his crate, take it out right now.
- You don't want him having so little space, that when he does go to the bathroom. He has to sit in it until you come home. That would be very bad.
- If you have the space, get him a puppy pen. And line the entire pen with newspaper.This will make your life so much easier ,if you don't have to crawl into a crate to clean it.
- Clean, Clean, Clean, Clean, Clean. Every time you see soiled papers, replace them. Your not the only one that doesn't like that mess.
- Since our goal is to get him to go to the bathroom outside. Take him out a lot. Don't say you'll do it in a couple minutes. In a couple of minutes, it will be to late.
I will have some more stuff for you guys on housebreaking. Right now I'm going crazy, trying to build two different dog training web-sites. Using whats suppose to be real simple site builder tools.Yeah Right! Simple for somebody that has a clue. That wouldn't be me.
